Compass Rose Mandala - outlines formed with large stones and filled with rose, smoky and white quartz stones collected on Nantucket by friends and family and completed as part of our wedding ceremony
Wedding Blessing / Shabbat Candlesticks - copper, clay, parchment, ink, bronze and copper paint. Each copper core is carved with our individual spiritual iconography. Inside is a parchment scroll with the blessings given by the participants in our marriage, written in both Hebrew and English. The pen was cut from a found feather and the ink made from local berries.
Personal Mezuzah - brass, silver, labradorite. Brass core is hand-carved with runes. Inside is a parchment scroll containing maker's true beliefs, written with a pen cut from a found feather and ink from berries harvested by the maker. Each step in creating this piece is part of a healing process.
